Project Overview

CSC served as Owner’s Representative for a twelve-site test kitchen program for McCain Foods and Conagra Foods in support of McDonald’s and Wendy’s menu R&D. We organized design approvals, packaged bids for qualified contractors, and provided oversight for safety, schedule, cost forecasting, and construction through equipment commissioning and turnover for intended use. Our team coordinated preconstruction and closeout with local municipalities across all locations. The work required careful management of fire code and FDA compliance with documented sign-offs at each phase.
