Project Overview

CSC served as Owner’s Representative and Construction Management (CM) support for dual scopes at 800 Market Street. Phase one was a computer and tech clean room of approximately 2,500 square feet with custom fire protection, mechanical, and electrical systems, delivered alongside nine floors of tenant buildout. Phase two was an office and culinary test kitchens program that included a tasting lab and flexible collaboration areas. CSC led design oversight and contractor prequalification with bidder evaluations, coordinated 24-hour work to keep the remaining 22 floors open, and developed the safety policies and procedures that supported both phases. The program finished under budget and within schedule targets with a Recordable Incident Rate and Lost Workday Case Incident Rate of 0.00.
