Project Overview
CSC served as Owner’s Representative and design-build oversight for a coordinated program around Wells Fargo’s
San Bernardino campus. Work included a high-security office program, two cast-in-place parking structures,
a ground-up Panera Bread, a multi-tenant retail shell for future build-outs, an $8,200,000 clean-room tenant
improvement within the campus, and additional retail. Responsibilities covered municipal permitting and
inspections, contractor and vendor coordination (including security and building systems), phased turnovers,
and schedule, quality, safety, and cost control.
Program Value & Scale
- Wells Fargo office: approx. $84,000,000, ~320,000 ft² (5-story).
- Clean room (TI): approx. $8,200,000.
- Parking structures: multi-level, serving the campus (value included within campus program).
- Retail: Panera Bread (ground-up) and multi-tenant shell.
