$4,600,000 Factory Mutual (FM) and Underwriters Laboratories (UL) approved technology clean room. The project included custom fire protection, mechanical, and electrical systems, along with targeted upgrades to existing infrastructure. CSC directed design, budget, scheduling, and development of site-specific safety policies.
Project Overview
CSC managed the design and delivery of a technology clean room at 6320 S 190th Street in Kent, Washington. Scope included custom fire protection, mechanical, and electrical systems, plus upgrades to the existing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) infrastructure. Our team coordinated FM and UL approvals, developed and implemented the project-specific safety program, and oversaw permitting, inspections, Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC), and phased turnover.
