Project Overview

CSC managed a greenfield distribution warehouse in Irapuato featuring ambient and cold storage, cross-dock capability, and expanded truck yard infrastructure. The team led the developer prequalification process, including site evaluations and lease negotiations with nine developers, before overseeing design and onsite construction from concept through commissioning. CSC authored construction specifications adopted by ConAgra Foods, established comprehensive onsite safety policies and procedures, and provided full Owner’s Representative and Construction Management (CM) services covering permitting, utilities, trade buyout, and phased startup while maintaining strict export compliance and safety standards throughout.
